We are expanding our design team and looking for a creative and skilled UI/UX Designer to join us full-time.

Role Overview:

As a UI/UX Designer at Rizon Group, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, visually appealing user interfaces and enhancing user experiences across a variety of digital platforms. You will collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and other designers to craft user-centred designs that are both functional and beautiful. Your role will involve conducting user research, designing wireframes and prototypes, and delivering high-quality visual designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and clients to gather and interpret requirements and user needs

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and detailed visual designs for web and mobile applications

• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve user experiences

• Ensure designs are responsive and adhere to UI/UX best practices and accessibility standards

• Present design concepts and revisions to clients and stakeholders for feedback

• Work closely with developers to ensure designs are accurately implemented

• Stay current with design trends and emerging technologies to continually improve design processes and outcomes

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio of web and mobile design projects

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools

• Solid understanding of user-centred design principles and best practices

• Experience in wireframing, prototyping, and conducting usability tests

• Strong visual design skills, including attention to layout, typography, and colour

• Familiarity with responsive design and accessibility standards

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team

• Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS) is a plus, but not required
